

If you don't have an IT team and this should appear for you, I'd suggest uninstalling the Zoom app from your computer, give the computer a quick restart, and then download and install the latest version from.You somehow installed the admin installer (less likely), which has that option disabled by default. Your IT team has disabled this from their end (very likely)

If you do not see this option, it is either because: Once the app is open and you've signed-in, look for the Check for Updates option, as shown below:
